See you in London next week?

Hello {{first_name | there}},

I’m off to the big smoke next week… headed to London for two very interesting conferences.

ChannelX - 17 June

(co-located with SubscriptionX)

I’ll be spending the morning chairing the Amazon Sellers stage, then I’m around all afternoon to see what I can learn, and who I can meet.

It’s going to be great to dive into the world of marketplaces for a day.

Women in eComm Live - 18 June

A fascinating day long conference covering everything from marketing and AI to personal branding, team management and finance.

With a GREAT speaker line up.

I’ll be part of the AI panel in the afternoon, but should be there all day.

If you going and fancy a chat - please do reply and let me know, and if you’re not going expect my takeaways in an upcoming newsletter…

Keep Optimising!

Brand new episode: Spirithoods with Latif Hamilton

It’s a wonder we got this one recorded as Latif and I spent far too long talking about cats before hitting the record button. 🤣

I’m very glad we did as Latif shares lots of insights into a wide range of topics like:

  • How they manage their different peaks - festival season and Christmas

  • Dealing with tarrifs - both on inbound stock, and outbound sales

  • The quest for sustainability when you’re selling a fake fur item

Listen and learn and get inspired - he’s a great guest.

Turn eCommerce search demand into your next growth plan

The best eCommerce SEO strategies start with knowing what shoppers want, how they search, and which competitors are already capturing that demand.

Semrush helps eCommerce teams connect the dots between search demand, competitor visibility, product/category opportunities, and AI-powered discovery. Use it to understand where your brand shows up, where it does not, and which opportunities deserve attention next.

Because growth is easier when you know where demand is already moving.

New on Keep Optimising: Meta Partnership Ads with Christina Bell from Webtopia

Have you tried Meta’s “Partnership Ads” yet?

Most haven’t! But they can be super powerful.

So I was really pleased when the Webtopia team asked if we could do an episode dedicated to them.

Christina is taking us through what they are, how you set them up, and most importantly how you use them to drive great results.

Have you met K:AI? Klaivyo’s AI Marketing Agent?

If you’re still staring at spreadsheets trying to calculate churn risk, or manually setting up A/B tests to figure out when your audience actually opens emails, you’re leaving revenue on the table.

eCommerce moves too fast for manual optimisation. That’s why top brands are shifting from basic automation to autonomous marketing.

With Klaviyo AI, you don’t just get a basic copy generator. You get an AI-powered co-pilot built entirely for retail data.

Imagine:

  • Predictive Analytics: Knowing individual customer lifetime value (CLV) and exact next-order dates before they happen.

  • Smart Send Times & Channel Affinity: Automatically hitting the inbox at the precise minute a subscriber is primed to buy—boosting click rates by up to 35%.

  • Instant AI Segmentation: Building complex, high-converting audiences just by typing what you want in plain English.

It’s time to let AI handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on the big-picture strategy.
